Our system uses a network of sensors and drones equipped with cameras that monitor the assets of clients around the clock. Our company not only focuses on providing a low cost and high quality maintenance system. We also pride ourselves on being a company that is helping to shape a better environment. Valves and pipe burst under pressure or stress, the environment and the ecological system pays a heavy price because of that. For oil rigs that are located offshore, it can devastate for the ocean life when there is a spill. Our firm uses technology to prevent such disaster from happening. Our sensors monitor the stress and pressure in the pipes and also in the valves in real time. Whenever there is a faulty valve, the system immediate notifies our firms. We instantly have the locations of the valve. We are also aware the problem. The company owned drones pick up maintenance Robotics/ AI and drop them wherever the problem is. Those robots are capable of replacing faulty valves and pipes. Those robots and drones can be dispatched at a moment notice. They can go where humans would not dare to venture. They do not food nor do they rest. Methodology Our firm uses the Component Oriented Analysis (CORA) as our methodology that is based on QFD(Quality Function Development) developed by Dr. Ranky to analyze products and processes. Our firm is focus on customer satisfactions. We have conducted extensive research in order to continuously improve our system. The Cora as tool provides us with accurate design specifications. Our sensors provide data in real time to our monitoring system. We are responsible of replacing faulty valves and pipes. Our sensors monitor erosions and depreciations of the gaskets of the valves. Our sensors also monitor the casing of the valves. Our sensors monitor the stresses on pipes before they burst. The bulk of the job that we do is collecting data. Our firm uses the CORA code to satisfy user requirements and provide engineering solutions and parameter calculations and benchmarking. We have stress limits for the pipes and also pressure limits for the valves and their gaskets. We use the RPN (Risk Priority Number) in order improve the quality of our system. We have a limited maintenance Robotics/AI, we have to prioritize in order to do our job. We prioritize daily the concerns of our customers. They don't want to be on the news for any spills Collaborative Company Our Company is partnered with MOLEX; they provide the software and the sensors that is required to collect and analyze data. They are also contracted by our company for research and development in order to have accurate picture for customers and satisfies their needs. Our company designs our maintenance robots with Yaskawa Motoman Robotics. Those robots are capable of going in all terrains and environment. They are also capable of lifting heavy loads they work with incredible speed. We also work with Boeing to develop our drones. Kardex Remstar is one of our collaborative companies that give storage design that can optimize capacity for tools and other interchangeable equipment that our robots might need. They also give load specifications and size specifications for different tools that he robot are going to need. Bitflow is the company that designs the hardware and the software that allow us to monitor the pipes and valves. Throughout our design we focus on Green Engineering. Our drones and robots are design so that their surface of their body can absorb energy from the sun and produce electricity. We don't have to worry about the robots leaving plastics in their environment like humans because they do not eat. Every detachable tool that they use has sensors. The drones will not leave unless all they detachable tools are store properly. Process Descriptions Our PD starts with inputs from our customers. Their specification is the main aspect of our PD. We take in consideration the environmental requirements that are placed by OSHA and FERC. We make the requirements for our design. We sent those requirements to our research and development facilities. They make a great design that is put through a series of rigorous testing. Our experts install the sensors and cameras throughout the field. Our computer at the control facility monitors every inch of the pipes. The first PD gives a broad view of company. It is a summary of what we do in a nutshell. The inputs are mentioned. All specifications by our customers are mentioned. The environmental need is a valuable input. The customers that we work for stresses the fact that they are trying minimize the nefarious of their businesses on the environment. The output that comes out those various specifications is low cost and high quality maintenance system that reduces the risk of environmental and ecological disasters. The second PD gives a detail view of the company. It starts with the customer’s specifications and environmental needs as inputs. Our design requirements are based on those inputs while being constrained by budget and environmental agencies. Our design is then laid out for testing. We get feedback from testing that we do under pressure, temperature and stress requirements. If everything is work to specifications, our team takes care of the installation. Our monitor team takes it from there while our maintenance Robotics/AI is on standby. Panorama Navigation Map The Panorama Navigation Map can very useful for our company because we do a lot of monitoring. We can take virtual tour of the oil field in the middle of nowhere. This tool allows our monitors to take virtual tour deep down in the ocean without sending divers. We eliminate the risks of humans completely. It is economical for the company because it decreases our cost of insurance for our workers. This tool allows us to take a complete 360 degree of the pipes we can detect leakage. We can detect rust on the bolt and also missing bolts. If the pipe is being sabotage by rivals and evil individuals in Alaska, our monitors will not have to leave the comfort of their office. It is also cost effective to use the Panorama Navigation Map instead of using drones that burns a lot of fuels. Our firm can use this object to monitor the pipes and valves that is in our care. We want to prevent pipelines and valves explosion before they occur. That is the reason our team is constantly monitoring those pipes. A lot of combustible fuels and gases are flowing through it puts a lot stress on those pipes. They burst, and when they. They will be an oil spill. The environment and the wildlife will be threatened. The Panorama Navigation map can allow our team the spill before it becomes big. If there is a spill and it goes unnoticed for a long period time. That spill is going to get bigger and more devastating for the environment. This object allows our team to contain the damage done by the spill and stop it before it endangers further the environment. Summary In this project our company uses TQM tools to make a process model that details the inner work of our company. We have gathered the resources and the variables that need to be control throughout the process. Throughout our PD, we focus on green engineering. We kept the environment in mind while prioritize the satisfactions of our customers. Our company highlighted the Panorama Navigation Map. It can be useful for our company in order to monitor our pipe lines and valves. Our sensor alone cannot provide the informations that we need to make decisions; even though they are made to perform extremely under great duress. Invent and Manage Our company is continuously researching and developing new ways to improve our processes. We want the leading company when it comes to researching and developing tools and process that are both innovative and cutting edge. The new TQM process that our company wants create is process that analyzes the flow of the materials that that going through the pipes so we can make prediction instead of reacting to events and failures.
